In 2008, Giorgio founded That’s Amore Cheese with a clear vision: to produce authentic Italian-style cheeses using the highest quality local milk while remaining true to traditional techniques. His bold approach introduced a number of now-iconic Italian cheeses to Australia, helping elevate fresh Italian cheese within the local food scene.
Today, That’s Amore Cheese produces more than 65 varieties, employs over 170 people, and exports to more than 10 countries worldwide. Yet behind this success lies a story of courage, strategic thinking, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
