“Psychohacking” Your Business to Promote Optimal Outcomes

What if the key to better performance in your business wasn’t working harder, but thinking differently?

Join us for an insightful and practical session exploring how psychological safety, emotionally intelligent leadership, and workplace wellbeing are transforming modern organisations. As new obligations around psychological health and safety emerge, particularly here in Victoria, leaders are being called to rethink how they support, engage, and inspire their people.

In this engaging presentation, you’ll discover how leadership behaviours shape culture, influence team performance, and directly impact wellbeing. Drawing on neuroscience and positive psychology, this session unpacks the real drivers behind stress, burnout, disengagement, and presenteeism—and what you can do about them.

You’ll walk away with actionable strategies to “psychohack” your workplace—creating an environment that is not only productive, but also energising, human-centred, and genuinely supportive. Because when your people thrive, your business thrives.

What you’ll gain from attending:

  • Practical tools to build psychologically safe and high-performing teams
  • Strategies to recognise and address burnout, disengagement, and stress
