Why you can’t miss this Geelong Business Club Dinner…

Join us for an inspiring evening with Andrew Schauble, a leader whose journey spans elite sports, global businesses, and impactful community service.  With a career that bridges high-performance leadership and social responsibility, Andrew brings a wealth of experience that will leave you motivated and equipped with new insights.

As CEO of Geelong Foodshare, Andrew leads a team dedicated to tackling food insecurity in the Greater Geelong region, overseeing operations that support over 60 community agencies.  His leadership extends to the Regional Food Security Alliance (RFSA), driving initiatives that enhance food accessibility across Victoria.

Andrew’s expertise isn’t confined to the not-for-profit sector – his decade in Dubai as a management consultant refined his leadership and talent development skills, helping organisations navigate complex challenges.  He’s also a successful entrepreneur, founding BAT Logic, an internationally recognised company specialising in high-performance rowing equipment.

Beyond business, Andrew’s roots in elite sport – playing 167 AFL games for Collingwood and Sydney Swans, winning the Bob Skilton Medal as Sydney’s Best & Fairest in 2000 – shaped his competitive mindset, resilience, and strategic thinking, all of which he applies to leadership today.

What you’ll gain by attending:

  • Exclusive insights from a leader who’s succeeded in sports, business, and community impact;
  • Valuable lessons on resilience, leadership, and driving meaningful change;
  • Networking opportunities with like-minded professionals and business leaders; and
  • Inspiration to elevate your own leadership journey.

Andrew will deep dive into:

  • Leadership all around us – The different faces of leadership and how it shapes our world;
  • The joy of the community sector – Why working in this space is so rewarding;
  • Food as an enabler for change – How food security is the key to bigger societal shifts; and
  • Partnerships, impact, and a vision for the future – The power of collaboration in driving meaningful change

This isn’t just a dinner – it’s an opportunity to learn from an accomplished leader, connect with industry professionals, and leave with fresh ideas to apply to your own career and business.
