What can business learn from looking beyond the bottom line?

 

For James “Murph” Murphy, his business and the environment it operates in have always been closely connected.

As the man behind Sea All Dolphin Swims and Southern Ocean Environmental Link (SOEL), Murph has spent decades working on the Great Southern Reef, building a tourism business around one of our region’s greatest natural assets while also becoming a passionate advocate for protecting it.

At our October Dinner, Murph will share his experience of regenerative tourism, leadership and building a business with a broader sense of purpose.

He’ll also give us a look at what’s happening out on Port Phillip Bay right now, what he and his team are seeing as another season gets underway, and some of the work being done to better understand and care for our local marine environment.
