Geelong Business Club History
The Geelong Businessmen’s Club was established in 1961 by a group of influential business people for the benefit of senior executives and business leaders in the Geelong region.
In 2002 the club elected to change the name from Geelong Businessmen’s Club to Geelong Business Club to encourage senior business woman to join.
In 2011 the club celebrated 50 years with a gala dinner where the club honoured the remaining six foundation members.
The club is administered by a volunteer committee and has a rotation policy for an annual President. The insight and commitment of these volunteers has helped ensure that the Geelong Business Club has remained an important part of the Geelong community.
